Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using techpreneurx.com or purchasing any TechPreneurX product or service.

TechPreneurX is operated by Digital Cloud Training Limited, a company registered in Malta under company number C 99105. In these Terms, “TechPreneurX,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Digital Cloud Training Limited.

By accessing our website, creating an account or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information, including our use of cookies. By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

Products and services

TechPreneurX provides online training, resources and support relating to freelancing, consulting and business development within the technology industry.

The features, support, resources and access periods included in each option are described on the relevant sales and checkout pages.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions are accurate and current. We may update, replace or remove course materials where necessary, provided this does not materially reduce the main product or service purchased.

Purchases and payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and current account, billing and payment information. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

The currency, taxes, payment schedule and total purchase price will be shown before you complete your order. Any exchange fees charged by your bank or card provider are outside our control.

A binding contract is formed when we accept your order and send an order confirmation or provide access to the purchased product.

Payment plans

Payment plans may be available for selected products.

A payment plan divides the total purchase price into instalments. It is not a subscription that can be cancelled at any time.

This obligation continues if you stop participating, do not use the included services or ask us to close your account, except where cancellation rights apply under applicable law.

If a payment fails, we may retry the payment and contact you to request an updated payment method. We may suspend access while a payment remains overdue.

Suspending or ending access does not cancel outstanding payment obligations. We may use a third-party collection agency to recover unpaid amounts where permitted by law.

Cancellations and refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a cancellation or refund right is required by applicable law.

Consumers may have cancellation or refund rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a customer expressly requests and consents to immediate access to digital content, they acknowledge that they will lose their statutory right of withdrawal once access begins, where permitted by law.

Not attending sessions, failing to use the program or changing your mind does not create a right to a refund.

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase or have a statutory right to a refund, contact support@techpreneurx.com.

Program access

Access periods are stated on the relevant sales or checkout page.

Where your purchase includes lifetime access to specified videos, templates or resources, “lifetime” means for as long as TechPreneurX continues to operate and maintain that product. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser.

Guided support, reviews, mentoring and community access are limited to the periods stated at the time of purchase. Unused support, reviews or sessions do not extend those periods unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may make reasonable changes to schedules, instructors, platforms or delivery methods. 

User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure. You must notify us promptly if you believe another person has accessed your account without permission.

Your account and program access are personal to you. You may not share, sell or transfer your account or login details.

We may suspend or close accounts that are shared, misused or used in breach of these Terms.

Educational and income disclaimer

TechPreneurX is an educational and coaching-based program. It provides training, guidance, examples, templates and resources relating to freelancing, consulting, client acquisition and business development.

We do not guarantee any specific income, client, consulting engagement, business result or employment opportunity.

Results vary depending on factors including your effort, skills, experience, communication, consistency, implementation and market conditions.

Our content does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting or investment advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should obtain professional advice where required.

Participation in TechPreneurX does not create an employment, partnership, agency or contractor relationship between you and TechPreneurX or Digital Cloud Training Limited.

Copyright and permitted use

All course content and materials provided through TechPreneurX are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

This includes videos, lessons, templates, worksheets, scripts, frameworks, prompts, presentations, downloads, graphics, branding, community content and session recordings.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use these materials for your own learning and business activities.

You may adapt designated templates and resources for use within your own freelance, consulting or business activities. You may not:

  • Share your account or course access
  • Record or redistribute lessons or sessions
  • Copy, publish or distribute our materials
  • Resell or sublicense our materials
  • Upload materials to public or file-sharing websites
  • Use our materials to create a competing course, program or template product
  • Remove copyright or ownership notices

Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access and legal action where appropriate.

Community conduct

When participating in the TechPreneurX community, you agree to behave respectfully and lawfully.

You must not:

  • Harass, threaten or abuse another participant
  • Post unlawful, discriminatory or offensive content
  • Send spam or unwanted promotions
  • Solicit participants for competing services
  • Impersonate another person
  • Share another participant’s confidential information
  • Upload harmful software
  • Disrupt sessions or interfere with our website or platform

We may remove content or suspend access where these rules are breached. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent removal.

Availability

We aim to keep our website and learning platform available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical problems, security issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection.

Third-party services

Our website and programs may include links to or rely on third-party platforms, software and services.

These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not own or control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Fail to make an agreed payment
  • Share or misuse your account
  • Infringe our intellectual property rights
  • Seriously or repeatedly breach the community rules
  • Use our services unlawfully or fraudulently
  • Otherwise materially breach these Terms

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. We may act immediately where necessary to protect TechPreneurX, other users or our systems.

Termination for breach does not create a right to a refund or cancel outstanding payment obligations, except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

  • Business decisions made using our educational content
  • Loss of income, profits, clients, contracts or business opportunities
  • Loss caused by third-party services
  • Problems caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control
  • Loss resulting from your failure to follow reasonable instructions or secure your account

If you purchase our services for business purposes, our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service.

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal remedies if digital content or services do not conform to the contract.

Electronic communications

We may communicate with you electronically, including by email and through notices within the learning platform.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal obligations.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection available in the country where you normally live.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. 

Any legal proceedings may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

General terms

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that the right has been waived.

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written permission. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a business sale or restructuring, provided this does not reduce your legal rights.

These Terms, together with the relevant sales page, checkout information, order confirmation and Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and TechPreneurX.
